Returns and Refunds
Our goal is to give you the best shopping experience both retail and online and provide you the best customer service. But if you are not satisfied or not happy with something we want you to let us know. It can be anything – poor customer service at the store or delivery issue or product return or anything that is in lines with order and dispatch. Always reach us to our customer care or our store’s contact number.
If you purchase a product from your store (that is non - perishable) and later you decide to return it, please do so it within 12 days in the same condition you purchased it. (Please note that the cost to return it shall be borne by you unless it is faulty)
We always strive to be perfect and do our best to deliver products in perfect condition. And beyond all our process if at all if you receive faulty products then we shall issue a replacement product free of charge.
